When Raja Kayu is fully grown, all nearby plants must stop their growth and starting to bow to the Jaya Kayu. The strange tree king’s leaves have no stems and all the leaves are growing towards the sky.


The most amazing feature of Raja Kayu is that it is translucent when shining a flashlight through the wood chips; the light will penetrate the wood chips. When you see the wood is translucent, most people will be very confused and fascinated, because everyone knows wood is opaque. The second amazing feature is that all wood chips whether big or small in size will submerge into the water like a stone; Real Raja Kayu will not float on water at all.  The third amazing feature is when you put the sawdust of Raja Kayu anywhere on your body; gently rub with your fingers, all the wooden sawdust will disappear on your body as if it is absorbed into the body. 
Raya Kayu will emit and radiate red light when shined under torch light.  Not even science could explain how it happens.  It is opaque and translucent as if it is a gem stone. Raja Kayu has excellent mechanical properties, high compressive strength, density, and even hitting a nail in it is quite a difficult task. Anti-moth-bite, corrosion-resistant, oily, almost never crack nor deform, therefore is a fine material for wood carving.
